- Test water weekly or before use. Check pH, alkalinity, and sanitiser levels (such as chlorine).
- Adjust pH and Alkalinity Levels according to the chemical Manufacturer’s Instructions.

- Change the water approximately every 3-6 months, depending on usage. Drain and refill to keep the water fresh and safe.
- Use a soft cloth with soap and water to remove stains.
- Rinse the filter with a hose and soak it in a filter cleaner overnight. Replace filters every 12 to 24 months.
- Use a spa system flush to clean the internal plumbing every 6-12 months before draining.
- Use the swimming spa cover when not in use for protection from UV rays and debris.
- Inspect jets and pumps regularly, monthly.
- Schedule professional general servicing every 12 months.
- Keep the water level above the jets at all times.
- Never use household cleaners, as they can damage the spa.
- Use swimming spa-specific chemicals only.
